Karta Initiative India: Education NGO in India

Our Focus on Work Readiness

We have a ladder approach for career readiness. We facilitate curated internships for our scholars. At the end of first year all scholars are encouraged to intern with social purpose organizations/NGOs.

At the end of second and third year all scholars are encouraged to intern as per their areas of interest across corporate, social sector, media, law, finance, and investment. The idea is to have scholars be job ready by the end of the undergraduate programs.
